As the Founder & CEO of Solix Technologies, Mr. Gundavelli is responsible for the company's overall vision and strategic direction. Under his leadership the company pioneered the concept of Enterprise Data Management, providing the first worldwide infrastructure platform to manage data across all segments of Enterprise Data (Structured and Unstructured).

As the President and COO of Solix Technologies, Mr. Dasgupta has taken up the charter to make Solix the global leader in Information lifecycle management (ILM) through high scale operations and strategic relationships across the world. Prior to Solix, Mr. Dasgupta was the Managing Director for Oracle India. He led Oracle India to capture 5th position in Asia Pacific, including Japan.
His initiatives led to establishing the Oracle-HP e-Governance Center of Excellence and Oracle as a leader in providing e-governance solutions in India. He worked with various Indian and Asian Government bodies on their specific e-Governance needs. |

Prior to joining Oracle India, he worked for eight years with PSI Data Systems (a then affiliate of Groupe Bull, France). He began his career with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) where he worked for over two years as an Economist.
Mr. Dasgupta is an Economics Honors graduate from Presidency College, Calcutta, and holds a PGDM from IIM-Bangalore. He also attended an Executive Management Program at the INSEAD Asia School in Singapore. He was one of the founding members of the Governing Council of the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, between 2000-2005.
He is a Charter member of TiE. He is a regular speaker at various technology forums and at prestigious academia. |

Prior to joining Solix, he worked as Sr. Vice President at BearingPoint where he led their Enterprise Applications practice. Kishore Gadiraju

Kishore Gadiraju is Vice President of Engineering for Solix Technologies. Mr. Gadiraju was the chief architect of Solix’s flagship product, Solix ARCHIVEjinni and is responsible for overseeing product development for Solix Technologies’ complete product line of ILM solutions. Mr. Gadiraju has 14 years of experience in the software development industry.
He has expertise in the various aspects of the software development lifecycle and has obtained a Green belt in Sun Sigma (Six Sigma).
Prior to joining Solix, Mr. Gadiraju led the data warehouse engineering team at Sun Microsystems. |

Dinu Joshi is the Vice President of Global Software Delivery at Solix Technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in providing enterprise application solutions for various industry verticals. Mr. Joshi is a known leader in ILM space and is the founder of the Archive and Purge Special Interest Group at OAUG (www.oaug.org) and is the organization's worldwide coordinator.
He is an eminent speaker and has presented numerous papers at conventions around the world. |

Kad Muthiah

Kad Muthiah is the Vice President of Global Customer Support, he is responsible for building the much admired 24/7 worldwide customer support services. He brings over 15 years of enterprise application and information technology management experience. Prior to joining Solix in 2002, Mr.Muthiah held several senior management positions with BAAN Company.
During his tenure at BAAN as a Senior Director of Customer Support Operations and Relations, he spearheaded the launch of the North American Customer Service Center. |
